Great location and easy parking makes this spot perfect for heading out to so many places around Pagosa. Easy walking distance to many great restaurants and happy hours! WiFi was pretty slow but that is fairly standard for Pagosa. We set our Starlink mobile on the deck and were good to go.

Great location. Cons: Noisy A/C and fridge, and heavily scented laundry detergent made sleep difficult (a fan would be a great addition to mask the sounds for light sleepers). TV has trouble connecting to apps. Dog smells on the couch and in the kitchen. Multiple checkout procedure reminders were a little bit of a downer and didn't feel hospitable. Pros: Great kitchen, clean, maintained, and excellent location. Views. Neighborhood and building were quiet at night. Easy check in. Walk to the hot springs resort and excellent bakery next door.
