This villa was on a long term rental between 2020-2024 and is now available again for vacation home rental.
PROPERTY DISCRIPTION;
We offer you this luxurious 3 bedroom villa in Costa Adeje. With many exclusive features and multiple stunning view points this truly prestigious property has the wow factor! As you enter the spectacular grounds straight away you are hit with the amazing views across the south of Tenerife. Follow the pathway through the immaculate tropical gardens, enter the accommodation on the ground level and into the huge open plan lounge/diner. The villa consists of a deluxe decor which is embellished extravagantly throughout forming a masterpiece! Lounge /diner includes panoramic views via the large windows and patio doors leading onto a huge terrace. The terrace which goes all the way round has several chill out areas to once again take in the breath-taking views that the villa offers and you have a staircase either side leading down to the pool terrace. The interior contains piped music and an internal vacuum system available if required. Bedroom 3 and the modern kitchen that holds a centred island are also both on this level. From the wrought iron balustrades is the upper level and the lower level.
On the upper level is bedroom 1 and 3 with the two including balconies. Bedroom 1 has been designed with perfection including the walk in wardrobe and the imaginative en suite which really is desirable providing those stunning views through the glass wall. The balconies on this level give you an even more elevated position providing sensational views. Inside this fully equipped villa is plenty of space to relax with the interior bright and roomy. On the lower level is the lavish pool area and underground garage enough space for 5+ cars. The very fancy luxurious pool area speaks for itself. A prominent feature is the curved shaped infinity pool, with unusual style steps and in a surreal position that blurs the line between the man made and the natural. On top of the pool in a ideal spot is the jacuzzi accompanied by unreal views directly in front of you. We recommend this villa for those that want that bit extra for their holiday home.
This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.
Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.

This villa is located in the very popular beautiful area of Costa Adeje, only 1.5 km from the huge Gran Sur shopping centre. The Gran Sur shopping centre (centro commercial) has many shops, a large supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks, cinema and plenty of other amenities. The nearest beaches are Playa Del Duque, Fanabe and Puerto Colon all within 2.5 – 3 km of the property. Here you will find various activities available with numerous bars & restaurants, shops and arcades and plenty of other activities for you to explore. This is one of the most favoured destination for holiday makers in Tenerife. Siam Water Park is approx 3.5 km from the villa.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at this villa, 6 of us in total. Thank you so much for organising our stay. Prior to confirming our booking, we were confused as to why the last review was in 2019, however the host confirmed that due to the covid-19 pandemic, the owners had no choice but to put the villa out on a long term rental, so the villa was being rented long term basis for nearly 5 years and the family living in the property only moved out at the end of 2024, the host said they prefer to rent for short term so now its available for vacation home rental again. Anyway, our stay here was perfect, the villa is exactly as described and the photos were recently taken but they have just recently added some artificial grass to the terrace and it looks beautiful. The villa is in excellent condition, the terrace has wonderful views over Costa Adeje and is perfect for sunbathing, the private pool was heated and very warm for our stay. The interior is spacious and the bedroom mattresses are comfortable, we could easily cook for 6 people, the kitchen is fully equipped. This is a true 5 star villa and we was very happy here and we hope to return to the villa again in future. Thank you again for our holiday at your beautiful villa.

Die Villa, die Aussicht sind ein Traum und die Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Der Pool war bei unserer Ankunft wie gewünscht geheizt und wir konnten loslegen, unsere Ferien zu geniessen.
Wir waren 2 Paare und es spielen alle Golf. Die Golfplätze im Süden sind all in rund 20 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Mietauto ist aber ein Muss auch für den Einkauf unabdingbar.
Es war ein rundum sehr schöner Urlaub und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Arrived on the 30th July was greeted at the entrance by a lady who showed us around the villa villa is breathtaking there’s no denying it views are fabulous everything you need is in it and more a car would be recommended the downside I paid and asked for the pool and jacuzzi to be heated and it wasn’t even though I’d asked on arrival is the pool heated I was told
Yes and it wasn’t we thought the temp it was was as high as it got until the maintenance man come the day before our departure and heated it for the next booking very disappointed as we didn’t get use of it without heating it was freezing also we phoned a Suzie in the book provided of useful info to book excursions to say she’s rude is an understatement I phoned ...hello I wonder if you can help us book excursions ...who are you what villa you in ... I replied what villa ... never heard of it did I show you round my reply no your number was in the book to phone for excursions ... her reply ye well then what do you want me to do 😳😳 in a rushed abrupt tone so my advice don’t phone suzie And the telly is confusing and feeezes every 5 mins
would stay there again we have stayed in most areas of Tenerife over the yrs
And the decor is just perfect it wasn’t cheap for 10 days but we had a great holiday there and felt very relaxed
