This was a wonderful place for a week-long family get-together. The house is spacious, with plenty of bathrooms and sitting space. The kitchen appliances, air conditioning, and wifi all worked great. There is a spacious covered porch overlooking the shore and dunes. You're surrounded by quiet woods and greenery, but it's not that far a drive to the local Publix and Starbucks. There are many good restaurants nearby. We loved it!!

Commutation with owner was helpful. We were hopeful that debris from tropical storm early in the week would have been taken care of but it was not a significant issue.

Great property for a family vacation. The backyard, pool and private beach access were fantastic. Ted was great with communication and made everything very smooth.

Beautiful house with amazing back porch and Ocean view. The house is right on the Beach. You don’t have to walk out a long walkway/pier to get to the Beach....it is literally at the property edge. House is ideally located a short walk or bike ride to South Beach/Salty Dog , golf, Beach Club and Harbortown. .
