Die hochwertige Ausstattung und das sehr freundliche Personal haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Unser Zimmer war bei der Ankunft aufgrund der Wetterlage sehr warm. Ohne das wir uns beschwerten, bekamen wir sofort ein Upgrade und erhielten eine komfortable Suite auf der Nordseite. Das „normale“ Doppelzimmer war aber auch hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Parkmöglichkeit ist top und mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell die Innenstadt von Lüneburg.

Big rooms, nice furniture, comfortable bed, friendly staff
hotel key was deactivated every day, which is unconvenient when there is no staff present at night
Breakfast only after 8 am, room was not cleaned properly during stay, open cables in room, looks unfinished
