Includes: entrance hall, large living room with equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machines, kettle, toaster...), dining room and living room (sofas, television), 3 shower-rooms including 1 with WC and 1 with washing machine and dryer), 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, 1 separate toilet. Fully enclosed garden, with electric gate, with bowling alley, table tennis table, partly covered terrace, plancha. Swimming pool 8x4 m, heated from April, 6th until October, 1st.
Bicycles available under your responsibility, 2 VTC for women, 2 mixed VTC Btwin, 1 MTB for men, 2 children bikes and 1 small bike. Sheets and towels provided. WIFI.
Capacity: 8 people.
A contribution to charges of 50 € per week will be requested between mid OCTOBER et mid MAY included. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (extra 170€). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gute Ausstattung, alles hat funktioniert, schöner und großer Garten, sehr nah am Radweg. Gerne wieder!
