Beautiful location, Janine was wonderful!
Power went out a couple of times but was quickly turned back on.

I chose your hotel primarily to enjoy the advertised jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was not functioning during my stay. You then offered me the option to use the jacuzzi in the neighboring room, but it had a strong chemical odor and visible mold on the headrests.
These issues significantly affected the quality of my stay. Despite this inconvenience, the hotel refused to provide any compensation, which I find highly disappointing given the impact on my experience.
I am submitting this review to express my dissatisfaction and to file a formal complaint regarding the conditions I encountered and the lack of customer support.

Location was close to town: shops, restaurants, buses, ferry, all were within reach and that was the best part of this.
The cleaning was subpar... When we arrived we noticed we didn't have any toilet paper or towels, but since we received the room a bit earlier than the check-in time, we thought that was just a small slip. However, during our 6 night-stay, nobody replenished our toilet paper ( we had to go buy our own ) and no fresh clean towels were provided. It was obvious the cleaning is not the strongest point. Everything in the room was dusty and a bit worn out. I find that unacceptable for a property that considers itself "luxury". Cleaning is not a luxury, it is a must.
The rooms facing the back street don't have any privacy. Basically there's one terrace for 2 rooms, each with their own jacuzzi. So imagine using that jacuzzi ( that again, nobody ever cleaned ) and seeing your neighbours do the same thing within 2 meters.
The back street also seems to be some sort of meeting point for local teenagers during the night, so it can get loud.
And if you think the rooms facing the sea are better, please consider that Naxos is quite windy so you might not be able to enjoy your sea view either.
This property was really bad value for the money we paid, wished we should've paid more attention to the bad reviews.

Walking distance from the ferry port. The suite was beautifully finished, ultra modern and very hi-tech in a fantastic location. Janine the property manager was extremely helpful and the transition from collecting us from the port to handover was streamlined to perfection along with all the local tips of gems to visit on the island to make the most of our stay.
The kitchenette needs a proper work surface at the side of the sink to prepare drinks and food instead of around the vanity units, also sufficient cutlery was needed and a toaster. The maid service was just to empty the bins. Proper light switches needed at the side of the bed for getting up in the pitch black room so as not to fall down the 2 concrete steps the bed was elevated on.

The staff is trully amazing with a welcome.at the port at arrival and excellent advices on restaurants and things to do.
The location is fantastic 2 minutes from.the ferry and the city old town 1 min. You can park the car around as well for free. The view is just stunning with the sea and the temple.and the jaccuzi on the terrace. You can swim right in front with dozens of fishes and crsytal clear water.
Perfect location to explore the island.
The flat is very confortable and well equipped. Good security as well.
The flat condition is a little bit used by the seafront location and many clients so it is a little bit used.
There is no soundproof isolation between bathroom and bedroom due to the door itself providing no intimacy.

Great central location, hot tub a bonus. Large bathroom and comfortable bed.
Small kitchen area with limited space to prepare food and limited area to sit and eat.

It was on a great location, very clean and the hostess was amazing
Not the room we saw on the pictures at all. The hot bath tab was not clean and it was right in front of the door step, on the road. very misleading pictures, we were waiting for something totally different, and if someone responds to my evaluation and say that we are wrong, i will not respond.
Finally, the bathroom door was glass!! Not for couples, nor for friends or family. When someone enters the bathroom the others need to go ouTside of the room not to see anything.

Amazing location in Naxos, located right on the water with views of the Portara. Very nice suite - comfortable bed, nice layout, great big shower and outdoor hot tub with an amazing view and right in front of the ocean. Janine was also really helpful and responsive if we had any questions or issues. She also went through the map of Naxos with us and gave us some recommendations of things to do.
Very affected by the wind, two days we were there is was very windy which meant our outdoor hot tub wouldn’t get up to temperature and we couldn’t use it which was a shame. A few extra touches would make it more luxurious e.g. we stayed for four nights and didn’t get any clean towels, had to request beach towels (which were provided promptly), rusty bin with broken foot pedal in bathroom that made a mess.

The property is close to the port which was ideal as we arrived by ferry. We were met by Janine who manages the property and was excellent.
The property was spotless and comfortable, as well as being close to the old town.
Only minor point is the water in the tub wasn’t too hot.

The property is well located for the port and town centre. You can opt for a room with a sea view on the Portara which is really nice.
Practical, comfortable, clean, well located

The smart home capabilities were awesome and the location was really nice.
Sadly there was black mold all over the hot tub and ac vents.

The location, absolutely great. WIthin walking distance to the portara and naxos chora which is full of nice restaurants, shops and bars. The view from the room was also amazing especially during sunset!
The beach towels had stains on them which was a bit strange for a hotel that cost us approximately 350 euros per night and there was no parking space. Other than that it was a great place, a bit pricey for what it offers in my opinion.

Position was perfect. Lovely looking apartment.
A little small inside, not enough decking outside.

The location and the high tech touches of this hotel make this stay extremely convenient and very unique. We especially enjoyed the hot tub getting to enjoy the ocean sounds and the views of the Portara. The staff here is highly professional and very attentive to all needs. My wife enjoyed getting to see all of the local cats that like to congregate around this area.
There is nothing not to like here. It can get very windy but that is the island not the property. The wind is quite enjoyable from the hot tub during a hot evening.

We stayed in the street side suite, not sea side. The location is extremely close to the Port which was convenient for us as we were only staying one night in transit. It was metres from the wild and stoney Grotta Beach which was extremely windy during our stay due to the strong north meltemi winds. The room is very close to the Temple of Apollo. The host Janine met us on arrival and was very friendly and hospitable.
This was the last night of our greek island stay, having visited 6 islands with 10 accommodations. This accommodation was definitely a let down for us. It was the least clean place we visited. Specifics with photos will be sent to the owner - pots, pans, plates were dirty. Old coffee stains on bedside table. No dish cloth or tea towel provided. Although advertising it has a microwave - it is on the floor in the cupboard and not usable unless you lifted it onto the bench and plugged it in. The Jacuzzi had warm water in it on our arrival however it did not appear to have been emptied between guests - there was scum around the outside at water level and sand in it. No evidence of chlorine smell either. We were reluctant to get in due to hygiene concerns. There were no beach towels which I would expect with a jacuzzi and beach nearby. There is only a towel rail in the actual shower, no clothes airer. View from the front porch is of the dilapidated street with a sea glimpse toward the port area. We found this place not up to scratch and not worth the money. Not intending to stay again.

Great location, close to restaurants, bus station, ferry terminal. Spectacular view.
The total lack of cupboards or draws to put cloths etc. We had live out of our suitcase.

We had a fantastic stay at Portara seaside luxury suites. The location was perfect—right by the water and just a short walk to the port, shops, and old town. The suite was spacious, modern, and spotless, with stunning sea views.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, even letting us leave our bags and check in early. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient getaway!
The only small downside was the lack of privacy on the outdoor terrace between suites, which could feel a bit awkward when using the hot tubs.

The location was fab. Right in the heart of Chora overlooking the sea.
If you want an idyllic place to stay, this is it.
The host, Janine was absolutely wonderful and couldn’t have done any more to help me settle in. So helpful and friendly.

Janine went over and above to make our stay exceptional. She gave us a recommendation for a restaurant which we totally enjoyed. We needed some extra time in the morning and she was able to accommodate our request.

Absolutely nothing! It was literally perfect

The apartment was very clean, and - inside - very much what we were expecting. We were picked up a taxi driver arranged by the property, and both be and the lovely lady at check-in were very helpful. The location is also good - just a short walk to the sea. But the element we booked the room for, fell far, far below our expectation.
Sadly, the photos advertising the exterior of this property and the hot tubs specifically, are not at all accurate, and that had a hugely detrimental effect on our stay. The property has rooms facing two sides, which are advertised as a "sea view" and "city view". All the photos on the listing are from the "sea view". The "city view" is not an accurate description of what you're sat looking out at all on the other side. It is an "dirty alley view", at best. Being on the ground floor, the (very small) hot tub area is overlooked by everyone who walks past on the back street alleyway, and by the people walking up to neighbouring apartments. It literally felt like having a bath in the middle of a pretty dirty street, with a lot of people awkwardly trying not to look in as they passed by. Additionally, the adoining suite's hot tub was a couple of metres away, and so we, and the poor couple there, tried to avoid being the in the awkward situation of sitting in a hot tub two metres from someone else, at street level, sitting watching each other. I would strongly recommend avoiding this "city view" and would also suggest the owners change the name of the listing from "city" to "street-level view", as it's entirely misleading otherwise. We knew, and were subsequently messaged to be told by the property, that we did not select a sea view after booking - but the listing gives no indication of what this "city view" entails, and I've never been in a hotel that had such an odd and umcomfortable setup.

Truly a dreamlike holiday suite: location is unbeatable with stunning sunset views of Temple of Apollo and sunrise views from the east, too. Amenities are plentiful, and everything is within walking distance (Naxos port town is quite small). Jacuzzi is definitely a godsend on a chill but sunny April day (or night). The host is very welcoming and the restaurants she recommended were also top notch. Would totally recommend!

The Deluxe suite is amazing, beautiful decor, fabulous view of the sunset and the Portara. we got a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, the hut tub on the patio is amazing. Janine met us and gave us loads of fab tips for the days ahead and we felt welcomed straight away. Amazing stay altogether

Has a modern style
- when we arrived the glasses and cups were dirty
- the jacuzzi on the balcony was accessible to everyone from the street. So no privacy at all
- water if the jacuzzi hasn’t been changed in quiet some time
- one room apartment, with toilet and kitchen right next to the bed and no space for clothing (glad we only stayed for two days)
- electricity was down in the evening and emergency light went on (no chance to switch it off) so we actually spend have the night bothered by the emergency light, lightening up half of the room
- view from the jacuzzi onto the street and broken buildings (which is apparently meant by „city view“)

Janine was so helpful with restaurants reservations and exploring the island
Unfortunately a couple of the days were really windy which wasn’t great for sleeping

Beautiful room with easy access to all interior amenities. It looked just like the pictures.
Excellent location for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and access to Ferry.
Beautiful vista of ocean and temple of Apollo from in room jacuzzi, which was visually isolated for privacy without closing shades.
Jacuzzi could be environmentally isolated/connected from rest of room by sliding windows.
The window between the bathroom and bedroom was a beautiful touch when using the shower but also reduced privacy when using the toilet. A sliding privacy shade could be considered for the future.
Exterior path on ocean side was elevated enough to allow someone walking by to see into the room. Although no one walked by while we were there, we were aware of the possibility. This access path could be removed without changing the desirability of the location.

Very clean and walking distance to eateries, shops and beach.
