Nice and cozy apartment with spacious rooms, close to the wonderful beaches of Banjole.

The apartment was really clean and comfortable, as all the rooms are very spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. There is a big, nice garden (with swing and climbing frame) where we could play with our son. The place is a few minutes away from the pebbly beach, and only 5 minutes away (by car) from the amazing rocky beach of Banjole. Shops, restaurants are also very close! The surrounding is cozy and calm, you can have a rest here. All the apartments are well separeted, so you not bother each other. Great choice with children as well! We really enjoyed our stay here, hope we can come back in the future.

Good choice for families

Indeed everything was very nice. A well-furnished and spacious apartment is a perfect choice for a family with two kids for a long stay. Parking is easy just right in front of the apartment. The parking slot is covered with grapes and kiwis growing on metal structure, its height allowed us to park an average size SUV with a Thule on the top. If you have a huge car with something on its roof it is better to check with the host in advance. Communicating with the owner was very easy and pleasant. He has also provided us tips on how to best explore the Istria region. Many thanks for this, especially for recommending going to Groznjan - it is a beautiful town one hour drive. There are numerous beaches on the Peninsula, most of them are rocky and not all of them are safe and suitable for kids. There is a sandy and shallow beach in Medulin. Beaches with small stones are also within the reach, just 5-10 min to drive from the apartment. Convenience stores, bakeries, local restaurants, a fish market, a petroleum station and a car wash are located nearby. We enjoyed spending our time at a large terrace with a garden view and grapes and pomegranates growing around. In the garden there is a playground for kids. There are also several sitting areas, gas and coal grills. The house is made of stone, so the temperature inside was stable and comfortable, we didn't have to turn air conditioning on (there are two A/C in each of the bedrooms). The kitchen was well-equiped with all basic cutlery and dishes. It has an electric cooker with two burners and stove, a kettle, a coffee-machine and a microwave. Unfortunately, there was no dishwasher - the kitchen is too small to fit it. There is a separate laundry room downstairs with all you need to do your washing. For sure this apartment can be recommended for a comfortable family leisure.

Amazing Stay!

I can say totally honestly and without exaggeration that this the best apartment I've stayed in while travelling. There's parking for your vehicle, and the parking space is covered with kiwi and grape vines. There are fig and pomegranate trees and more grapes, and you're welcome to them! The kitchen is well equipped, plus there's a grill outside with a seating area (covered with kiwi vines). It was perfect to be able to cook breakfast, or grill dinner, and then enjoy the meal outside. You can eat inside though too! The apartment is clean, spacious for two, and features everything you need to stay in Croatia. Plus, it's quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the beach if you want, but you're also a short drive or bike ride from Cape Kamenjak. The owner is SUPER! I will recommend this place to everyone I know that will be visiting the area.

I'm reaching when trying to find flaws: - no hooks to hang towels - the shower drained slowly Those are just about the only flaws I could find.

Superb

Super cute little place with its own outdoor patio space. If you have kids they could play with other kids in the bigger garden. Host was very accommodating, making sure we got in okay and booking a taxi for us when our phones didn't work.

Very clean. Based on ground floor gives several close facilities. Beautiful garden perfectly equipped.

Very Good Apartment with Terrace and Garden

We had a nice apartment on ground floor with beautiful terrace and large garden . Rooms were nice and kitchen was well equipped though a bit small. The host was very attentive and kind. Nearest beach is walking distance but there are more beautiful beaches near by if you have a car.

Some mosquitos (there is repellant provided in apartment), a poor choice of TV programs for our taste.

Sehr schöner Garten mit genügend Schattenplätzen.

War mir vorher nicht bewusst dass es sich um eine Souterrain- Wohnung handelt ohne Fenster in Wohnzimmer mit Küche, da man eh die meiste Zeit draußen ist hat das nicht groß gestört.

Es war ein rundum stimmiger Urlaub mit einer Tollen Unterkunft und einem netten Vermieter.
