The apartment “Casamia” is in the heart of the historic city center of Rome, steps away from the Pantheon and 5 minutes walk from Piazza Navona. Besides its unique location, it also features a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a meal or an aperitif at sunset admiring the Pantheon dome.

Thanks to its central and unique position, it allows you to have pleasant strolls around the Ghetto, Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori for local food shopping in the morning and the nightlife. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the Roman Forums and, for those who love shopping, in 10 minutes you can reach Via del Corso, Via dei Condotti, Via Borgognona and Via Frattina, these latter are famous for luxury shopping.
The spacious and bright apartment can host up to 6 guests, it features a big living room with fireplace, a double sofa bed, and dining area overlooking the beautiful terrace. From the living room you can access a big and fully equipped kitchen where you can experiment with culinary delights.
With its big windows over the spectacular terrace, the happy and lightsome living room is lovingly furnished with vintage objects and contemporary photos.
The sleeping area is separated from the rest of the apartment, it is very silent and it is composed of two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a series of photos that portray nature. The second bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, features beautiful photos of the sky. Both bedrooms have en-suite walking closets. In the corridor, that features big windows, there is a second bathroom with shower.

Location was Fantastic! Could not be better. They have removed some furniture. Ant there was only seating for 3 on the couches. They need to replace what it shows in the photo. The patio was wonderful but am ypgrade in the table and seating is badly needed! The elevator was small but so useful. 2 people or 1 with luggage. A great place to stay.

Great location near the Pantheon. Easy access to différents sites, restaurants, buses and stores.
The appartement would be terrific with a little maintenance work. The terrace had many wonderful flower pots... with mostly weeds instead of plants. Broken brooms and other left overs on the terrace. Dead bamboo sticks in a vase in the living room. The small bathroom needs work and the dinning and living room furniture is tired and stained. The entrance to the building needs cleaning and maintenance work as well as the apartment.
A lot of potential with little investment and time.
