Holiday House IVA

Egy csodálatos hetet töltöttünk el ebben a nyaralóban! Már az érkezésünkkor nagyon kedves meglepetés fogadott bennünket, egy kis üveg helyi szőlőpálinka , csokoládébon és egy hűtőmágnes várt ránk-nagyon figyelmes gesztus volt! Krisztina minden fontos információval ellátott minket. A nyaraló közvetlenül a tengerparton fekszik, szó szerint csak ki kell sétálni a kapun és már léphetsz a tengerbe. A tetőtéri teraszokról lélegzetelállító a kilátás. A ház 3-4 embernek kényelmes , tiszta, a medence fűtött és kellemes volt. A tenger is kristálytiszta, igaz nekünk kicsit hűvös volt és kavicsos , de erre számítottunk. Amit még megjegyeznénk, hogy a törölközők és takaró plédek is puhák, illatosak voltak! Nem mindenhol van ez így sajnos. Slatine rendelkezik egy kisebb hajókikötővel, így jutottunk el Trogirba és Splitbe is. Lenyűgöző mindkettő, látni kell! Reggelente a sziklákon ülve kávézni csodás volt! Nagyon fáradtan érkeztem a munkám miatt, de itt igazán feltöltődtem! Köszönjük Krisztinának és Davornak-a tulajdonosoknak - az élményt! Remélem még visszatérünk!

Mindennel nagyon meg voltunk elégedve! Az éttermek, a kis üzlet ahol vásárolni lehet és a pékség kb. 10-15 perc sétatávolságra van, tehát nem közvetlenül a központi részen van a nyaraló , de ez semmiképpen nem von le az értékeléséből ! Talán amit megemlítenék, hogy egy kávéfőző jó lenne (kávéimádó vagyok), de Nescafé volt és sokféle tea is! Köszönjük!

The small pool and the few steps (just eight!) down to the rocky but wonderfully quiet beach – especially during weekdays – were fantastic. The apartment is well designed, featuring a lovely rooftop terrace for sunbathing, a spacious second terrace with a table and chairs for family meals and activities, and a small private pool heated to 26°C – perfect for cooling off or playing water games with the kids. The layout with two separate bedrooms and a living room, combined with very fast internet (I measured around 300 MBit/s), also made it easy to get some work done while the family enjoyed their time. Our hosts were kind and helpful – thank you for everything!

There was really very little to complain about! The kitchen and bathroom are on the smaller side, but they were sufficient for two adults and a child.

This was a family stay for 9 days. It was our first time to Croatia and we could not have chosen a better spot. Firstly Slatine is a small town outside of Split. There are nice restaurants and bars and small shops and short distance to Trogir where there is markets etc. Location is perfect if you are looking to be away from the main city. The house is situated along the coastline, so I went for a walk, run and hike along the coast, which was lovely to explore. We had an amazing stay at Holiday House Iva. It is a gorgeous two bedroom, which was perfect for my family. The house is perfectly equipped to be able to really relax with deck chairs, a terrace with outdoor dining and the private swimming pool. My favourite was being able to walk out of the house and basically into the sea. There is a beach outside the front door. The house is well equipped for a very comfortable stay. We cooked a lot at the house, prepared meals and just enjoyed our time relaxing. Thank goodness for the airconditioning. Davor was super hands on and super helpful to assist us to ensure our stay was comfortable.

We had to leave and go home. This was the worst part of the trip.

Owners were very kind and helpful. Everything was on site. The standard was great. The location is very good. Its very suitable for family 2+2.
