Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czysto, pełne wyposażenie kuchni. Dobra jakość do ceny. Ładne pokoje w kamienicy, wysokie sufity, przestronne.
Wspólna łazienka dzielona z innymi lokatorami. Jeśli ktoś podróżuje z dziećmi bądź w większej grupie i weźmie oba pokoje wtedy nie ma takiego problemu. Może wyjadę na malkontenta ale ekstremalnie niewygodne poduszki. Łóżko pojedyncze zestawione z dwóch materacy. Są to drobiazgi ale maja wpływ na komfort wypoczynku. Dlatego ocena 9/10
