Las instalaciones del Hotel.
No informaron que la tarifa no incluía IGV. Aparte, que siendo cliente frecuente, querían cobrarme por EARLY CHECK IN una tarifa muy alta. El servicio de desayuno puede mejorar.

Las instalaciones son hermosas, adicionalmente el desayuno exquisito súper natural , cada año regreso y siempre es igual de divina la estancia de mi familia .
Las escaleras para subir a las habitaciones no tenían antideslizante, deberían colocarlas porque por las lluvias podría ocurrir algún accidente

Buena ubicación y bonita infraestructura del hotel principal
Mala relación calidad precio. No hubo internet y la decoración no es como en las fotos. La ubicación es en la parte trasera del hotel principal. En la noche no hay buena iluminación para ir al salón principal. Se escuchan las conversaciones de las otras habitaciones, me tocó que unos pasajeros estaban haciendo fiesta al lado mío y no pude dormir.
