Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil fernab jeglichen Trubels
Außergewöhnliche Lage mit sehr schöner Terrasse die einen freien Blick auf die Savognin umgebende Bergwelt zulässt. Das gilt gleichermaßen für das im Wohnzimmer befindliche Panoramafenster, welches auch Schlechtwetterperioden zu einem Erlebnis werden lässt. Sehr gute, moderne Sanitärbereiche (2) und ein renovierter Küchenbereich mit allen wichtigen Elektrogeräten( Backofen, Spülmaschine, E-Herd, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine. Geschirr, Besteck und alles was zum Kochen benötigt wird ist reichhaltig vorhanden und nicht wie in anderen Fewo nach Personen abgezählt. Die unterhalb des Hauses gelegene Garage bietet Platz für einen PKW oder Motorräder. Hinweis für Anreisende mit eigenem Fahrzeug: man sollte über eine gewisse Routine bzgl. Fahrzeugführung verfügen, da das Haus hoch über Savognin liegt und die Zuwegung nicht überaus breit ist. Das gilt im Besonderen für Fahrzeuge mit Anhänger Llkw o.ä.

Liebe auf den ersten Blick
Wir waren sehr gespannt auf das Haus Schwarz und wurden sehr angenehm überrascht. Mehr noch - es war liebe auf den ersten Blick- Super Lager, toller Ausblick, Fussgängig ins Dorf, Bus-Anschluss vor der Tür, Einrichtung zweckmässig sauber und bequem. Können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen und natürlich werden wir es auch wieder buchen - sofern es noch offene Termine gibt- Das Haus ist sehr begehrt. Also absolut empfehlenswert und wir werden versuchen für irgendwann wieder eine Buchungslücke zu finden. Top Preis - Leistung noch dazu.

Fantastique endroit où nous avons pu faire de la luge, ski de piste et fond et suivre le biathlon.
Nous avons du déranger les voisins afin de pouvoir récupérer les clés du logement.
