Ostseeurlaub Holiday at the Baltic Sea

Very near the beach which was excellent so we could keep our paddle boards pumped up and just carry them every day to the beach which took only one minute. Two lovely terrases with nice and comfortable garden furniture. Comfortable mattresses in both main bedrooms. Plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils in the kitchen and dish washer. A Rewe supermarket is also close by. Restaurants in walking distance. A very nice fish Imbiss (Aalkatel) neraby and a great bar opposite. A 15 minute walk takes you to the train station in Haffkrug from which one can take a train to the nearby Lübeck which is definitely worth a visit.

I wasn't so keen on the saloon type swing doors to the ensuite bathrooms, not much privacy here. The third bedroom is very, very small. No washing machine in the flat. There is the option of using a washing machine though for €7,- per wash. The pack of bedlinen and towels is very expensive in my opinion (€30,- per person per pack) so we brought our own. There is also an extra cost for the car park and hire of the two Strandkörbe which come with the flat.

Erholung pur... Hier kann man öfters herkommen

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit lieber Hand dekorativ eingerichtet. Sie hat regional üblichen Flair und ist auch in dem Stil größtenteils eingerichtet. Der kurze Weg zum Strand und auch zu nächstmöglichen Vergnüglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Erwähnenswert ist es auch noch, dass es hier merklich im öffentlichen Straßenland absolut sauber ist! Es ist hier viel für Urlauber ausgerichtet. Und als Selbstversorger kommt man hier auch gut über die Runden. Überwiegend ist es hier angenehm ruhig so dass man sich gut erholen kann.

Die ein oder andere Sitzmöglichkeit im Haus könnten etwas komfortabler gewählt werden, das auch jeder sich dort wohl fühlen kann, auch wenn er nicht der körperlichen Normen entspricht. Und vielleicht könnte man in Zukunft an den Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten eine Optimierung vornehmen. Es werden viel Leuchtkörper eingesetzt die wenig Licht abgeben und teilweise leider auch viele Leuchtkörper sind defekt. Gerade im Küchenbereich wäre vielleicht helleres Licht optimaler.

Gut ausgestattet aber Nebenkosten zu hoch

Ausstattung ist gut. Leider fehlt in der Beschreibung das es eine Nespresso Maschine gibt. Lage zum Strand ist super.

In der Beschreibung fehlt völlig, das das Haus mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen auf einem Hinterhof liegt. Die Parkplätze sind ca. 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Gepäck transportiert man mit einem Bollerwagen. Auweia. Endreinigung 185 plus Hund 90 €. Für 5 Tage waren 275 € viel zu teuer und unangemessen für den Aufwand. Da wird über die Nebenkosten noch Gewinn gemacht. Müll soll selbst entsorgt werden, alles muss gespült und aufgeräumt sein. Was macht dann der Reinigungsdienst noch? Es wird sogar darum gebeten die Wohnung besenrein zu hinterlassen. Wäschepaket kostet nochmals 32 € pro Person extra. Die Nebenkosten und die Lage sind vorher nicht bekannt.
