Good. Didn't mind the walk to the cafe
Value for money.
Broken mug in room when we arrived meant that we couldn't make yea for us both. None in reception to ask about it.

Due to repair work being done we were moved to a different property, Centrotel Zamora. This was a self-check-in situation. The minimal contact we had with staff was positive and helpful. The property seemed very new. Electric kettle was available in common room. Easy twenty to 30 minute walk to the bus or train station.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room with good beds. Staff was very helpful.
The property has no lift so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Our room faced the back of the building with a rather unattractive and limited view. The establishment did not have any parking so we relied on the street parking. As it is not possible to pay for more than 3h you have to time payments. Parking is free between 20.00-09.00 and in the afternoon to 16.00. The location is quite far away from the old town and it took a good 30 minutes to walk to the Cathedral and the Castle.
