I did have to ring the property as there were supposed to be instructions sent about collecting the keys. However was able to sort out the situation over a phone call.
Good location next to eateries and shopping centre.
Felt like the walkways near where the cars drove and entrance/exit gates could have a little more lighting for night time.
We had to get the access for the automatic gate car renewed at reception, but also a quick process.
Pool was lovely to look at - think the decked area near the cafe/restaurant could benefit from some umbrellas or shade and greenery against the wall.
Some of the plantation shutters were broken and let in quite a lot of light when the sun was rising.
Think the rooms were generally well maintained, but looked like they needed a bit of refresh in places.

The resort was really nice and convenient location
The property needs a lot of refresh.. kitchen , tv , needs a wifi ... Toilet near kitchen didn't lock .. needs a bit of lights in the house
