The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and the fire place made the place cozy.

The access to the house was really complicated. The access code we were provided didn't work, there was no service where the house is located, so we had to drive 1 mile down the road to call. Vacasa didn't answer the phone (it was 5.30pm) and we had to call 4-5 times before having someone pickup. The person on the phone didn't have any knowledge on the house, on the codes, on how many lockboxes were available and where they were Iocated, they gave us 3 different codes to try to match to the devices. The 3 codes didn't work. We drove back down again, tried to call 4-5 times again, spoke to a second operator who finally gave us 2 more codes, one of which finally worked. This made our first day kind of stressful (having also 2 small babies and 1 elder in the car with us). The house was clean and comfortable, but I won't book with Vacasa anymore.
