This immaculate two-bedroom, two-bathroom waterway view condo has designer furnishings, a private balcony and more. With two queen beds in each bedroom this would be the perfect spot for a girlfriends getaway or family vacation! There are sleek black granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen and both bathrooms. The large living room has plenty of seating for your crew and has large sliding doors that lead to the balcony. Sit outside on the private balcony and watch as the yachts cruise up and down the Intracoastal Waterway all year long. Located in the premier Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach, Yacht Club Villas provides exceptional waterfront accommodations just minutes from the beach. The Yacht Club Villas resort amenities rival 5-star tropical destinations around the world, as it is home to the largest outdoor pool in South Carolina! A large hot tub, courtyard, and beach volley ball area are also on the premises. Along with the 150+ unique shops and restaurants at Barefoot Landing, Barefoot Resort is home to 4 Championship golf courses and a lighted driving range with an onsite pub and grill. Complimentary shuttle services to the beach are provided during the summer months.

Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. For bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date, the Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the front door of the rental unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking area at the rear of our building.

DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS, STARTER SUPPLIES
For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are included in our rates, and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. A starter set of supplies, including paper products, can liners, and soap, is included with each rental. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay.

Condo-World is not responsible for any building amenities. The building amenities are provided and serviced by a separate HOA or management company. There will be no refunds issued for any loss of use of building amenities during your stay. Construction

Very nice Large Condo, had a couple hiccups throughout the week. Our pool card did not work, reaching out to Condo World they wanted us to go back down to pick a new one up. We did not have time and never went back that way. We just had people let us in the pool. Both TVs did not work in the bedrooms. We bought new batteries and still could not get them to work. The beds need an update, they feel like you are sleeping on a deflated air mattress. Agree with the previous review that the sheets need an upgrade.
The grounds are beautiful and staff was very friendly.

It was a spacious property in a good location. The pool was close to our building and it was a great place to work remotely. The condo was nice but the bedding and sheets were old and falling apart - that aside it was a nice place to stay
