The Love Suite is an adorable 350 sf studio with queen bed, satellite TV, internet, brand new kitchenette fully stocked with dishes and utilities, new bathroom with shower, spilt unit heating and air. One block form Main Street, Walk to everything. One block to Center for the Arts. Adorable small space right in the heart of downtown Grass Valley. A great hide-away or romantic get-a-way. We have a community washer and dryer, and a private fenced in yard.

It also has a small yard. There is NO Oven or dishwasher. There is however a 2 burner stove top and refrigerator, fully stocked with dishes and utensils, toaster, coffee pot, crock pot.

Great location!!! Easy walk into beautiful downtown Grass Valley.The cozy hideaway had everything! Two burner stove with everything you need to cook. The bed was comfortable and plenty of plush towels. Laundry room was easily accessible. I will absolutely book again and have told many of my own of town friends. Thank you!

We’ve stayed in other of Trish’s places a few times and chose this one for the first time and was very pleased. . Everything is fresh, clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed and the location is convenient for walking to the grocery store, shops, restaurants, etc.
Trish and Brett are great to work with. I will be back.

Great location to downtown, very clean, safe neighborhood, easy communiction with host. Would have loved an outside space for relaxing and we struggled a bit with locking the door, but we would definitely stay here again.
