About this villa rental
Villa Ker SYAM is a residence of 2018 with swimming pool covered by a courtyard and heated (between May / June and September) of 135m ² located in a private cul-de-sac. The house is composed of:
- a master suite with queen size bed and bay window on garden. This suite has a bathroom with toilet, sink and Italian shower,
- a bedroom with queen size double bed with direct access to the private pool,
- a children's room with 2 bunk beds Children will find many toys, books and games for fun.
Each room is equipped with a TV and new bedding.
You will also find:
- A bathroom equipped with a bath and a double basin to 2 levels to facilitate access to children. You will find all the comforts of a modern bathroom such as towel dryer and hair dryer.
- a separate toilet
- a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and composed of a snack for more conviviality. You will find an American fridge, hotplates, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, ...
A lounge consisting of 2 large sofas, a projector with DVD player Blue ray with USB port, a chromecast and a sound bar, all the equipment for movie nights. Bring your DVDs!
- A modern dining room.
The house is lined with 2 terraces. The first is covered by a courtyard and furnished with garden furniture overlooking a heated pool of 30m² secured by an automated roller shutter. Along this pool you can enjoy bath loungers. The second facing south is equipped with a garden furniture on which you can eat and enjoy the barbecue nearby.
You will find in the garage what you can enjoy such as paddle board, badminton, archery (with cupping arrows to have fun safely), 2 adult bikes, 2 children's bikes, inflatable canoe for 3 with its trolley to carry it to the beach accessible on foot and 4 lifejackets (2 adults and 2 children) and many pool games. Buoys, swimming belt and armbands are also available so that children can enjoy the pool safely. You will also find a washing machine, a board and an iron. A foosball bar is also available in this area.
In front of the house a paved parking area of over 100m² will allow parking up to 5 cars on the property.
The house is connected in wi-fi and decorated to make you want to discover the region.
All baby equipment is available on request (baby chair, cot, park, toilet adapter, booster cushion)

No pets allowed.
In addition to the deposit paid to Abritel / Homeaways of 500 € a check of 2000 € will be asked upon arrival in addition in case of damage greater than the sum of 500 € paid. This check will not be cashed and you will be returned after the inventory of places of exit.

Fantastic break in Pornic.
Brilliant hosts were really helpful and were there to greet us and show us around the property.
The house is super clean, spacious and really well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was fantastic and a really good size.
The house is just 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach, and a very short drive / cycle into the town. 5 minutes drive to the supermarket.
Pornic itself is lovely, picturesque with plenty of restaurants and a nice vibe without being too busy. A visit or two to La Fraisserie ice cream is a must!
We took the train into Nantes for a day trip, lovely green city with plenty to see.

A wonderful stay at an excellent property. The house is clean with every amenity. There were lovely toys and pool/beach toys that my children throughly enjoyed. The covered pool is excellent. We were within walking distance to the beach. Arnaud and Jasmine are lovely hosts, so helpful. We had some travel delays arriving and they were very accomodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The owner welcomed up to his beautiful house - like having a villa with your own spa - the stunning pool greets you as you enter the property, and is under a roof so can be enjoyed in all weather - yet open on one side for sunshine.
Design so well thought through with indoor/outdoor living vibe. Exceptionally well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, lovely sitting area complete with TV projector screen for the full cinema experience. Bikes available as well.
5 mins walk to gorgeous and unspoilt cliff walks and beaches, and 5 min drive to Intermarche and excellent bakery. Pornic Sunday market not to be missed.
Owner could not have been more helpful. Excellent suggestions of things to do and places to go.
