Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 50lbs for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $400.

Perfect location . Rented golf cart but could easily make the short walk to the beach club.

The house was perfect for what we were looking for and we had an amazing stay. 10/10 would stay there again and would work with 360 blue again as they were on top of everything. The beach club actually IS within easy walking distance. The community is well maintained and walkable, so much that I didn't feel the need to rent a golf cart despite thinking I would have to.

Will I rent from 360 Blue again? In a heartbeat. They are so quick to respond, professional, and expedient in resolving issues.
The house is decent and actually more updated than the photos show (the Primary Bed/Bath are completely renovated). The location within WaterColor is wonderful for getting to the Beach club and the beach (3 minute bike ride). Camp WaterColor is a bit of hike (about a 10 minute bike ride).
WaterColor as a whole, however, presented a VERY different experience than our last visit two years ago.
Price per night was not worth the value we received (I was asked to take down specific rates)
Both the LakeHouse pool and Camp WaterColor Lazy River were closed the entirety of stay which meant that the remaining pools were packed. WaterColor did not advertise this until you walked up to the building and saw the “closed” sign.
The beach chair rental situation is insane. Chairs so close to each other that the umbrellas touch. Reservations need to be made weeks in advance if you want first row. Chairs set so close to the ocean that the waves run up underneath them making walking along the beach nearly impossible. All this for $100/day before tax/tip. Beach so crowded that we had to set up chairs 200 yards from the BeachClub walkover.
Mediocre, overpriced food from resort restaurants with forced gratuity.
We’ll probably go back to Rosemary/Inlet Beach next time.
