About this house rental
Luxury finished apartment, with 3 full size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Large living room with view and a guest loo/WC.
Kitchenette, small but well-equipped with oven, utensils and very large American fridge complete with filtered water and ice machine.
The whole apartment is fully air conditioned (please do not waste energy by leaving it on all day).
This is not the typical Ikea furnished rental apartment where the owner is focused on making as much money as possible. This is my family holiday home.
The view is stunning, right on the marina and the sea. The 2 terraces are unique and you will enjoy your aperitif and the sunset like nowhere else.
The details are important like bathrobes for all guests, a safe, walk in closet, a bathtub in the master bathroom and so forth.
The apartment is on 3 levels; living room, kitchen and one small bathroom on the entry level. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms of which the Master suite opens onto the charming first terrace. The last top floor is entirely devoted to a second terrace with magnificent views all around.
I will not personally be available but my local guy will be there with all the information on Costa Smeralda. He speaks English and can organise a driver or a boat.
Let me iterate that this is not a standard bough-to-rent property so I expect guests to behave respectfully.
I just purchased a new TV and had fiber optic internet installed because I use the house myself and I like only the best (for example the mattress in the master bedroom is the top quality available in Sardinia).
You are right on the port and near bars, restaurants and shops.
From the apartment you can walk anywhere in Porto Rotondo.
There is public transportation but most people rent a bike or a scooter. Sometimes I can offer also free parking but it depends on my neighbour who, kindly, allows my guests to use his spot when he is absent (which is very frequently)

I really don’t know where to begin! We had 5 adults stay for 10 days. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, comfortable, first class stay.
The communication and assistance was beyond expectation! From the moment we booked - throughout our stay!
Max was extraordinary & accommodating. (Note: I was not easy!) Luca answered every single question quickly & with sincere concern.
This 3 bedroom/3 bath en-suite was immaculate with exceptional linens, comfy beds & all of the attention to detail of the finest hotel. We couldn’t have been more comfortable WITH privacy.
It is difficult to put into words but there is not ONE item or thought that was missed in making a beautiful trip to Sardinia perfect.
Did I mention the views? We spent many nights on the roof top enjoying the view, eating phENominal food, listening to music & drinking wine. There was laughter and even dancing!
You can’t go wrong with booking with Luca! We will be back!

This is a wonderful property in Porto Rotondo. The location is perfect. You can easily walk the entire harbor and town center. You do not need a car for restaurants, cafes, shops, or beaches.
There is everything you need for a family or small group of friends.
Luca is the perfect host. His communication is perfect. He responds to every question within minutes, and is committed to making your stay the best one possible.
If you want to stay ion Porto Rotondo, this property should be at the top of your list.
