Built in 1901, for the residence of the land Lord, at the edge of the farm.The farm is full of olive, almond and fruit trees.The residence in this house offers you the freedom of mind as well as the tranquility of the soul, the calmness, and relaxation. The home's location is 10 minutes far from the buss station on foot. To reach the house you can drive or walk through the farm's private road where you can find private parking lot!
The house contains one main bedroom (with space for an extra child's bed); one bathroom (with shower); a fully equipped kitchen (with fireplace and a living room with a sofa), main living and dining room as also there are two big verandas to enjoy meals and drinks outdoors with an excellent view!
Distances:
By car or on foot (about 600 meters), you reach the village which has a complete Market, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants, where you can taste delicious food, sweets, and drinks.You can also enjoy swimming, sunbathing and surfing on the very near sandy and clean Mediterranean beaches. A little far from the village (where you can go by car or even on foot) you can reach one of the most famous beach in Andros (Tis Grias to Pidima) with its amazing natural phenomenon of a 15 meters (height) stone that located inside the sea.
25 minutes away by car, you will reach Chora the capital of the island, where you can visit the Museums, cultural centers, restaurants, coffee shops, and a complete market, with a variety of products and services. You can also enjoy the beautiful beaches around.
There is also a place for the laundry facilities and another veranda with a view for a rest hour.

In schöner Lage etwas außerhalb von Ormos Korthiou, liegt diese gepflegte,geschmackvolle Wohnung mit großen Terrassen samt Meerblick absolut ruhig.
Zu Fuß sind es etwa 3 Minuten in den Ort. Dimitrios hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert ,und sich immer wieder nach unseren Wünschen erkundigt. Wunderbar.
