- Good communication with Branka
- Location is 5 mins walk from the sea and 2 mins from the supermarket
- It was easy to check-in around 11PM as keys were left for us
- Everything that is really required in the apartment is there and works, AC is a big plus
- Cleaning lady was exactly in time of our check-out :)
- Unusual for booking.com practice of prepayment via direct bank transfer instead of card being charged
- Confusion with apartment name - a plate on the building says Villa Klaric, I have never seen Marinko name anywhere but inside the building. To add to that Promajna has another Apartment Marinko you can find as a first listing in Google - it's absoluteley different property, they are not connected.
- Sewage smell from the bathroom
- Balcony drying hanger is broken and shall be replaced
- It is a well-used small apartment
- Curtains or roller blinds would not hurt - the apartment is right across other buildings windows from both sides
