About this house rental
On the edge of the protected natural area of the Baldayo marshes, is this attractive stone house completely restored in 2017. Price per person / night: € 25. High season, € 30. The minimum number of nights to book is 5, except in the case of 6 or more people, in which case there would be no minimum number of nights.
It is a house with capacity for up to 9 people. It has 4 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed of 1. 35 another bedroom with a bed of 1. 20 and a fourth quadruple bedroom that has two sofa beds 135cm wide and of very good quality so they detract from Absolute quality of a normal bed.
As for other equipment, we highlight that it has a very large living room with open kitchen, a cozy corner specially designed for children that will allow the elderly to have the smallest entertained and be able to be relaxed. In addition a large patio with garden area, shed and panoramic terrace overlooking the marshes. As equipment, we can say that nothing is missing, internet, barbecue, flat screen TV, dishes, utensils and bed and bath linen will make it unnecessary for tenants to bring anything from their home.
In the immediate vicinity of the house, of course we highlight the marshes themselves that are famous for their nature, richness of native birds and that also allow bathing and water sports (7min. Walking), which is ideal for going with children. For beaches proper, we have the wide beach of Razo of 8km long, famous for its unbeatable conditions for surfing (there is a surf school) and Baldayo beach, called Pedra do Sal. The housing situation also allows excursions in just over 30min. to La Coruña, 50min Santiago de Compostela. Carballo, municipality to which this village belongs, is less than 10min and has all the basic services such as medical center, cinemas, hypermarkets and numerous leisure and cultural events.
