About this apartment rental
Our cozy apartment is located in the quiet village of Candelaria, just 50 meters from the fishing pier and the small town beach
We have a house with all the comforts, which consists of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed and a single armchair, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchenette.
It is ideal to enjoy a vacation or a small getaway enjoying the best weather in Europe throughout the year.
As you can see in the photos, the apartment is located within a small residential complex and very quiet, facing the sea
The common area, which includes the south-facing pool, is accessed from the same street without stairs
To the house from said common area by two flights of stairs to the second floor.
The master bedroom has a double bed of 1.50 m. and a built-in closet with ample storage space. The bed is prepared with a duvet cover and padding, mattress protector and several pillows for your comfort.
In the living room we can find a dining table with enough space for 4 or 6 people, a 1.35 m sofa bed, a coffee table, an individual armchair for reading, and a sideboard on which the television is placed.
Inside the dining room space is the American kitchen that has all the necessary appliances and utensils to make your stay comfortable: fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water heater.
The bathroom of the house has a large shower, toilet, sink and bidet and furniture for any use. The hot water of the house is for individual use and towels are provided both for washbasin and shower for your stay.
The house has a terrace in which we have placed a small table and two chairs in which you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea.
In our apartment you can also find the elements to enjoy your visit to the beaches of the island: parasol umbrella, chairs and beach towels.
Finally, the house is equipped with Wi-Fi internet and board games.
Within the urbanization guests can enjoy the private pool of the same, open throughout the year.

Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili per ogni informazione. La casa è molto bella ben curata ristrutturata a nuovo con tutto quello che serve per soggiornare.... compresa lavatrice e lavastoviglie, bagno con doccia grande e tutto molto pulito.
A pochi passi dal lungomare e a pochi passi dal centro. Facile e comodo entrare e uscire dalla strada principale.
Pienamente soddisfatto.
