Thats easy: EVERYTHING. The Pian di Rocca Country was totally amazing. Great and calm Place near the ocean with a beautiful Garden. The Apartment had everything we needed and more! Very lovely furnished and clean. The Breakfast was also very very good! It has everything that a heart needs! also fresh Cakes from the lovely host and eggs.. meet & of course good coffee! Elena(the host) was everytime very lovely, kind and really helpful. We could text her all the time and she was there to help immidiately. It was a pleasure to meet her & the pian di rocca country! We can recommend it 1000%!

A great place, fantastic breakfast - delicious cakes made by the owner, they are out of this world!!! They provide you with bikes and you can choose which beach you want to go to. We will definitely come back, not for 2 nights, but for a week.

Elena was very friendly and gave us useful informations about the nearby beaches and excellent restaurant recommendations. The agritourismo is very well located, very quiet in the countryside. To the nearest beach it is 15 minutes by bike, the bikes are free to use for the frame guests. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was very good, with many different cakes, fresh fruit salad, cheese, ham... we had a great time and liked the place a lot.

Il check in via whatsapp, all'arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad accoglierci e spiegarci giusto un minimo la struttura e almeno a darci il benvenuto. Abbiamo visto lo staff solo a colazione. La colazione non ha scelte salate (oltre a del bacon e delle uova), è presente il pane da tostare ma senza una scelta salata. Sarebbe carino mettere almeno un tipo di yogurt senza lattosio.

Bel posto, ma con alcuni aspetti da migliorare, dalla colazione alla camera molto spartana.

La posizione è molto bella per il contesto naturale in cui è immerso. L'esterno è poco curato così come l'interno della camera è molto essenziale.

Migliorerei la colazione perché non aveva latte fresco, né prodotti dl territorio, ma solo prodotti confezionati. Curerei più le piante all'esterno per rendere il posto più accogliente.

Un'oasi di pace in mezzo alla natura ma vicino a tutto. Camera davvero curata e ben arredata, bagno nuovo, frigo bar, tutto perfetto. Ottima anche la colazione, servita all'aperto in un contesto molto piacevole.

Oasi di pace a Castiglione della Pescaia

Pian di Rocca Country è il luogo perfetto per godersi la pace e il silenzio maremmano. Immerso nel verde, silenzioso, ma comodissimo per raggiungere spiagge e servizi. Elena è un host insuperabile, disponibile, sorridente, accogliente e simpaticissima. Le sue torte la mattina sono un'ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata! La struttura è pulita ed impeccabile, super consigliato a chiunque abbia voglia di sentirsi a casa fuori casa!

Tranquillità e relax in campagna

Struttura situata in posizione ottimale per raggiungere le migliori spiagge della zona. Soprattutto quelle di Punta Ala che a nostro avviso sono le più belle raggiungibili in 15/20 minuti. Elena è stata super gentile e disponibile. La nostra camera era abbastanza spaziosa e il bagno ampio, stanza rifatta quotidianamente. Colazione completa sia dolce che salato, vasta scelta di torte fatte in casa.

A noi è piaciuto tutto, proprio a voler trovare dei dettagli migliorabili direi il tendone in cui viene servita la colazione esteticamente non bellissimo e forse una parte degli spazi esterni in apparenza un po trascurati.

Weekend lungo all'insegna del relax e buon cibo

Luogo tranquillo e silenzioso gestito da una ragazza simpaticissima e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Colazione abbondante per tutti i gusti, dal salato al dolce. Spiaggia comoda raggiungibile facilmente con le biciclette messe a disposizione degli ospiti. Parcheggio gratuito con anche ricarica per auto elettriche. Consigliatissimo

Für jemanden, der im Urlaub vor allem auch mal seine Ruhe haben will, ist das der perfekte Ort.

Pian di Rocca Country liegt inmitten von Olivenhainen, Macchia und Gemüsefeldern in einem Weiler nahe der Kleinstadt Castiglione della Pescaia. Außer der typischen Geräuschkulisse des Landlebens im Süden - Zikaden, gelegentlich bellt ein Hund oder kräht ein Hahn - hat man vor allem nachts seine Ruhe. Das heißt, es gibt keinen Lärm von Discotheken, Bars etc. oder Privatfeiern. Der Strand, einige Hotels und Campingplätze liegen hinter einem Hügel. Die Entfernung beträgt je nach Wahl des Strandabschnittes, z.B. in Rocchette, 3 bis 5 km. Das Zimmer und das Bad schienen neu zu sein (neu errichtet oder umfassend renoviert) und wurden jeden Tag blitzsauber gereinigt. Die Inhaberin des Agriturismo, Elena, bereitet ein phantastisches und reichhaltiges Frühstück, ganz nach den Wünschen ihrer Gäste. Sie bäckt selber viele köstliche Kuchen und serviert typische Wurst- und Schinkensorten der Region. Das Agriturismo arbeitet mit verschiedenen Restaurants zusammen. Darunter ist das La Corte in Pian die Rocca (ca. 1 km entfernt, fußläufig zu erreichen) mit ausgezeichneter Küche, bei dem ein Rabatt auf die Gesamtrechnung gewährt wird, wenn man angibt, dass man bei Elena logiert. Dort sollte man vorbestellen, da das Restaurant sehr gefragt ist.

Die Stühle im Frühstückszelt waren etwas unbequem. Ein paar einfache Stuhlkissen können da schon Abhilfe schaffen.
