Overlooking Osprey Lake and just a short distance to the beach, this Lakeside villa features central heat and air, a fully equipped kitchen including coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, and blender, living and dining area, screened in porch, and washer/dryer. This villa provide access to the Lakeside community pool, as well as onsite amenities including a Starbucks, fishing and crabbing areas, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, bike and jogging trails and so much more. Explore miles of scenic walking trails or enjoy crabbing and fishing in the nearby creek and marshlands.

Bedroom 2: 2 Queens w/ access to hall bathroom
This property has a traditional drip coffee maker.
This is a 1st floor unit with 9 steps up to the front door.

No golf carts, motorcycles, RVs, campers, buses, or motorized skateboards are allowed in the LBTS community.
Nightly rentals available year round (monthly rentals available in the shoulder season).

This is the second time we have stayed in Litchfield by the Sea and unfortunately the place wasn't cleaned very well at all. The floors wasn't swept in the living room cause there was still food under the table and there was a sock and crumbs under the beds. The cable didn't work in the bedroom. The pools was great! However, the wanted the dishes cleaned but no soap or scrub brush was provided. This is a great location for restaurants!
