Розташування неймовірне, сам будиночок дуже гарний, затишний, приємно насолоджуватися естетикою, перебуваючи тут. Є майже все необхідне. Можна зʼїздити недалеко в супермаркет.
На жаль, сирени все одно чути… тож від війни тут не сховаєшся. Намагалися пройти до води, але переважно берег забудований приватними будинками, тож дуже мало варіантів побути біля Київського моря. Але таки вийшло!

Комфортний будиночок з красивими меблями в лісі, все продумано і з душею,було затишно і тепло. На вулиці було холодно, біля +4 С, але нас заселили вже в теплий будинок. Територія доглянута,є дві зони відпочинку з різних сторін будинку: перша біля виходу з веранди і саду, це лавка гойдалка і місце для вогнища, друга з іншої сторони будинку мангал + столик,диванчик,крісла під навісом. Є дрова,вугілля за додаткову оплату. В наявності решітка, приладдя для барбекю. Веранда дуже велика, ми не користувались,оскільки там було холодно в цю пору. Є поблизу сусідні будинки, але територія так облаштована,що ми нікого не чули і не бачили,тільки пташок:) До берега 5 хв. пішки, вхід до пляжу знаходиться між приватними територіями, пляж невеликий, вид красивий. З однієї сторони пляжу зараз активне будівництво.
