Overall a good place. The carpets were very dirty and need a cleaning. No basics, i.e. salt and pepper, garbage bags, coffee filters.

Our family loves to come to Goodland for fishing and shelling. Of all the places we have rented in the area this one ranks #1. This location is within walking distance to the Calusa Island Marina and the county ramp is right around the corner. The unit was clean and welcoming. The description of the property was very accurate. We are making plans to return in the near future. Thank you Shiela for your hospitality!

Was a great place to stay, considering due to CoVid-19, all restaraunts were closed. I do wish there was a beach nearby to walk to, it's the only thing it is missing. That said, I knew there wasn't a beach close, beforehand. So we were happy here.
