Gorgeous, tranquil, luxe, home away from home on a corner lot. We call it our canyon beach house; light filled and modern, yet cozy and filled with charm and attention to detail.
Crisp white walls with warm, inviting accent pieces, interspersed with bursts of color from the jewel colored accents throughout.
A private, relaxing haven located nestled between Topanga Canyon and Calabases (5 min to each) in a safe, pretty neighborhood dotted with pepper and eucalyptus trees.
15 minutes to the beach and 30 minutes to Santa Monica or Hollywood with easy freeway access to get you from downtown to Disneyland.
This south of the boulevard address features a turquoise glass tiled swimming pool with jacuzzi under the stars, al fresco dining for 10, lush landscaped garden, and all the amenities one would need to feel pampered and immediately at home. This charming home offers all you could want for your Los Angeles vacation: a beautiful, fully outfitted home minutes from the serenity of Topanga Canyon while walking distance to shops, restaurants and amenities. Our location gives you the perfect blend of tranquility and urban convenience.
Light filled, with a clean visual aesthetic and a great vibe, the home has an open floor plan all on one level featuring hardwood floors and quality finishes such as marble & travertine throughout; wood windows, recessed lighting with dimmers, lush landscaping with fruit trees, bougainvillea, flowering succulents and herbs; two pool side seating areas and enclosed garden with a great flow between indoor and outdoor living, which at night transforms into your own private fairy garden designed by a landscape architect. The living room features a wood burning fireplace and opens to a family room with cozy seating and a 65' Smart TV. French doors open up to a covered poolside dining area perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. For the inspired chef, the large kitchen is fully equipped and features a built-in counter depth fridge and a 6 burner Wolf gas range as well as an abundance of kitchen gadgets, crockery, flatware and stemware. The master bedroom opens to the pool/garden area and features a California king bed, vaulted ceilings, 55' flat screen TV,and full ensuite with soaker tub & shower. Bedroom one has a queen sized and a twin bed, flat screen TV and lots of closet space, bedroom 2 features a queen and opens to a private garden area . There is a double sleeper sofa in the living room. All the bedrooms feature super comfortable mattresses, down duvets and pillows finished with high thread count luxury sheets and linens. The second bathroom features a jetted tub and a separate shower. All the bathrooms are newly remodeled with copper plumbing, Koehler fixtures and feature luxurious all-white towels and linens. Extreme speed WIFI is the home and outdoor spaces with 3 large flat screen TV's and streaming television.
LA Haven is a great place from which to explore the best of what LA has to offer. Enjoy the serenity of nature in Topanga Canyon, surf the waves or explore the many beaches of Malibu's coast line, take a tour of world class vineyards or opt for the more urban pleasures of Westfield Topanga Mall, with its state-of-the-art AMC 16 IMAX movie theater, or stroll to the many nearby shops, restaurants and cafes. There are many fabulous restaurants close by catering to every palette; check out the multitude of eating experiences offered at the Village at Topanga or enjoy local, organic fare at the Farmers Market in Old Town Calabasas or dine next to the charming turtle pond at the Calabasas Commons. In the summer the neighborhood offers free outdoor movies and concerts in the park on Saturday and Sunday evenings as well as a fabulous July 4th Fireworks extravaganza. Bring a picnic and enjoy. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't recommend this home more highly!We rented for our daughter's graduation from Pepperdine University, and the location near campus was perfect for celebrating as a family. The home was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and exactly as described — no surprises, just a gorgeous space to relax and make memories.The amenities were a highlight. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the afternoons… plenty of lounge chairs and the fairy lights were beautiful after sunset. We also cooked a big family meal after graduation and enjoyed it outside on the patio, which was just terrific. The dining room featuring a jumbo TV was a big hit with our adult kids, who gathered there in the evenings to unwind together.Angelique truly went above and beyond — incredibly accommodating, responsive, and so helpful in answering all of my questions leading up to our stay. That kind of communication makes all the difference.If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home near Pepperdine that's perfect for families and special occasions, look no further. We would absolutely return without hesitation!

We were there for a wedding, the house was perfect choice. Did not have to deal with LA traffic. The house was clean and had plenty of supplies. Very impressive! Host was nice and responsive to questions. Would definitely be back.

What a warm and welcoming place! The host made sure all of our needs were met throughout our stay while maintaining our privacy. The house is as beautiful as it is in the pictures, while still accommodating for a family with kids. The kitchen is very well stocked for family meals and even had a juicer for fresh squeezed California OJ in the morning! Thank you for everything.
