This barn conversion is located in the village of Whiddown Down near Chagford, and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.
Chilvery Farm Cottage is a charming stone barn conversion located near the village of Chagford, Dartmoor National Park. Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite (Shower and basin, no WC), double, and a single, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with a woodburner, and a sun room. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, and a small enclosed patio garden not a 100% dog secure with furniture, whilst guests also have access to a large wildlife garden and pond. Resting in a lovely location with pleasant views, Chilvery Farm Cottage is a heart-warming retreat in a memorable part of England. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (dogs not allowed upstairs or on the furniture). Note: Bookings for 7 nights must start on a Friday
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Lovely cottage, beautiful location

Lovely character cottage in serene setting, surrounded by birds, countryside and narrow roads. The walk to the lake is beautiful and much appreciated, as the garden is limited to a small, though beautiful patio. The cottage is as lovely as the pictures suggest and the kitchen is well equipped. The two larger bedrooms look out over neighbouring fields and meadows. The third bedroom is small but adequate, although the single bed is better suited for a child. The location is excellent for exploring the area - a car is a must as there is very little within walking distance. Overall we enjoyed our stay immensely.
