Imóvel muito bom, espaçoso, preço ótimo, o Luciano muito prestativo. Única coisa que nós incomodamos foi em relação ao redor da casa, tem muitos moradores de rua e bastante lixo, toda hora passa alguém batendo no portão pedindo alguma coisa. Mas não tem relação com a casa e sim com a localização. Ficamos muito bem instalados.

Eu e minha família adoramos passar o natal na casa que é ótima e acomodou muito bem a todos, inclusive idosos e crianças. A maior parte do tempo curtimos a piscina e churrasqueira e quando faltava algo bastava ir na outra rua que possui todo tipo de comércio, além da proximidade com a famosa Praia de Ponta Negra e outros pontos turíscos, restaurantes. Luciano é um excelente anfitrião e o tempo todo nos auxiliou em nossas necessidades, gratidão Luciano! Feliz 2021!
