Great place to stay for multiple families all year

Facilities were wonderful, it was rainy so we took advantage of the pool, spa and sauna! Very clean and inviting. Space was as described and very accommodating. Only suggestion is to identify in description, this is on the 3rd floor and requires a few flights of stairs inside as well as the outside set to building which was in the pics. My husband has mobility issues and struggled with the extra stairs.

Great property. The host helped me out with an issue. Area is great for families. Grilling area,basketball tennis courts, pool and fire pits were the highlights. Close to various swimming holes like the Saco river, Diana’s bath and echo lake. We’ll be back next year!!!❤️

The condo was spacious and the kids loved having the loft to themselves. We enjoyed the club house and utilized the pool and ping pong. The location was convenient to the activities that we had planned and to shopping and restaurants. We felt safe and secure as we needed a key and a code to enter the building. The cleaning of the condo could have been a little better. There were crumbs and hair on the floor in the living room. Mold in the potted plant, mildew on shower curtains, and the dishwasher was full of dishes upon our arrival. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay as a getaway with our large family (2 adults + 7 kids (14yo-1) and would definitely stay again.We did push the bunks away from the edge of the loft so nobody could climb onto the rail from the bed, we could have used another bunk guard, and I read other reviews and brought my InstantPot and some plastic ware to have enough cooking and silverware capacity. The stair railing still made me nervous with the 3yo (1yo was kept off by the gate easily) but it was fine. All the kids loved the playground, pool, make spaghetti and brownies, played family games and enjoyed coffee on the quiet porch. Mailing the keys is odd and could have been an issue as we were traveling elsewhere prior to our arrival, but after seeing the property shared entrance I see why thats the preferred method, and the owner was very accommodating and quick to communicate.Thanks Mike & Kim!
