Bedrooms with king size bed, air conditioning and en suit bathroom.
Living room with a big comfy sofa set, Television, Cable TV, DVD, and Ceiling fan.
Kitchen with a big refrigerator, Oven, Microwave and Kitchenware.
The Outside spaces offer a large sundeck, private swimming pool, small garden, private car park, and dining terrace.
Dining terrace has two dining table sets, from this area you can overlooking to the pool, sundeck and small garden.
It can make you relax with a good environment that surround of the villa.
RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning once per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Internet wifi, cable tv, and safe
RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
SERVICES :
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.
