Really good location, close to the Christmas market etc. Quiet house. Nice looking flat made with good taste and mostly nice furniture. Beautiful brick walls. Nice blankets and pillows. Big sofa, ok for sleeping on it. Value for money ok!
Not suitable for more than one family/couple since there is no privacy in the bedrooms. The main bedroom has no door (!) and to the other very small bedroom you have to walk through the main bedroom. I would not call this a two bedroom flat. The toilet door can not be locked and it's beside the main bedroom with no door, so no privacy here... The double bed is very loud if you move at all but comfortable. In the kitchen no coffee machine or microwave oven. Also no kitchen towel or hand towel available. In the stairway there was a quite clear sewage smell, inside in the bedrooms as well but luckily not as strong there. The flat is not suitable for anyone with any physical disability; third floor with narrow stairs + only a small bathtub for washing up.
