Points positifs : L’emplacement était génial proche du centre pour profiter de la ville, des restaurants, bars et commerces à proximité. Être au dernier étage est un confort ! Les lits étaient assez confortable et chaud.

Points négatifs : Le logement n’est pas réellement équipé en général ni pour pouvoir faire à manger. C’est le strict minimum On nous a donné un numéro pour communiquer en cas de questions, nous avons demandé un départ tardif mais nous n’avons pas eu de réponse… Le nettoyage de la salle de bain est limite… Les lumières sont mal placées ou ne marche pas. Il n’y a qu’une table de nuit pour 2 lits simples. Malgré que l’agence n’y peut rien…au moment où nous sommes venus il y avait des travaux en bas du bâtiment qui faisaient énormément de bruit et commencent très tôt le matin.

La literie est mauvaise, j’ai mis le matelas au sol pour pouvoir dormir. Il y avait des travaux dans la rue et donc la journée c’était très bruyant, les escaliers, très raides et avec 4 étages étaient très sales, avec pleins de gravillons.

The apartment is located nearby many bars and restaurants which was perfect for us. It was easy to visit everything we wanted to do without great efforts. The view from the apartment was amazing.

First of all it is not a double bed, so there are two single beds next to each other. The problem was, both mattresses are so worn-out we could not sleep comfortably at all. One of us had to sleep in the couch due to back pain. Furthermore, there is no possibility to darken the room. The curtains are completely see through.

Location - close to Bairro Alto, and the city centre, but still a quiet location. The apartment is beautiful and the view from the window is amazing.

On the first day, we wanted to use the washing machine which tripped the fuses. First time in a different environment, we were unable to locate the problem and resolve it ourselves. We sent them messages during their working hours (!) but haven't got any response, so we had to stay without electricity until the next evening. We called them the next day and their response was "first you try this and this when you come back to the apartment in the evening and if it doesn't work, we will see", despite our persmission to enter the apartment anytime. Fortunately it worked, but the washing machine was broken and we were never offered any compensation for this. So for us,it was not worth the money. We also had to pick up the keys in the office quite far away from the apartment. The main door lock was quite tricky to open.
