Make yourself at home in this welcoming condo just steps from the slopes, offering 950 square feet of living space plus a private balcony.
With a full kitchen, two separate bedroom areas, and a premium queen sofa bed, this condo is ideal for families or friends traveling together.
Relax on the spacious sectional sofa and enjoy a fire in the gas fireplace.
When it’s time to rest, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and spacious dresser. A bathroom with a shower and bathtub is just across the hall. Upstairs, the second sleeping area offers two double beds plus a full bathroom with shower. The queen size sleeper sofa in the living room features a premium gel mattress.
The well-equipped kitchen features full-sized appliances and plenty of counter space.
Skiers will appreciate use of a boot drier in the unit and lots of hooks for gear. The heated pool and hot tub are steps away, and the condo is stocked with card and board games.
Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.

This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.

We stayed in 2 bedroom condo initially we were given room but far as we travelled with infants we asked for a nearby room and it was provided initial check-in was hectic as we reached late but vrbo helped us get the changes done.
The next room provided was 2 bedrooms but the second bedroom beds were twin beds and 1 bedroom had master bed it was difficult to adjust as we were 4 adults and 3 kids but somehow managed other than this all other amenities were perfect

Well located to the slopes and "downtown" area, plus easy access to the Snowmass shuttles and buses to Aspen. Condo is well set up with plenty of sleeping space for a small group, as well as a furnished kitchen and cozy living area. Would come back!

We came with three runners to run the Aspen Marathon. Place was close to restaurants and shops so did not have to travel far. The front desk let us use the amenities to wash up after the race due to an early listed checkout time that could not be pushed.

For a warm July the loft was very hot and there is no way to get air flow. No direct window. A floor fan would have helped
