Cozy Condo Two Blocks from Beach Sleeps Six

This adorable two bedroom/one bath unit is waiting for a family to appreciate it's yesteryear charm with a modern update. One queen bed and a full size bunk bed set fits a family of up to six (Two adults and up to four young children or four adults/teens). Bunk bed set holds up to 400 pounds. We do not include linens at this time.
After a day at the beach, an enclosed outdoor shower washes away the sand so you don't have it following you up the steps to your second floor unit. Enjoy being just a little over Two Blocks from Beach and Boardwalk. Wake up to the smell of coffee and pancakes from Uncle Bill's Pancake House across the street. Have dinner next door at Duffinetti's Restaurant where owner, Trish, greets her guests. Laundromat is one block away. In fact, there are too many things to do within walking distance. Pubs, restaurants, mini golf, convention center, boardwalk, beaches, shopping, and the newest brewery on the island are steps away. The bus terminal is also one block away. Who needs a car on this vacation? Come spend some time at The House of Grace since our historic home has been restored to her natural beauty. This is a seasonal house that does not provide heat. Lastly, please understand, we worked very hard to provide a clean, safe and family friendly vacation rental. Therefore, if we find more than six people( 2 adults/4 young children) staying in this unit without our permission at any time, you will be required to pay $200 for each person per night and/or immediate removal of all occupants regardless of your check-out date. This is to ensure a quiet, peaceful, and safe environment for all our vacationers on the property. Last, we do not allow guests’ pets, therapy dogs, or any type of smoking/vaping on the property.
