Please be our guest at this impeccable, timeless Hendersonville home nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. Though situated just minutes from historic Downtown Hendersonville, you’ll enjoy the quiet calm and privacy of this 2-bedroom, 2.1/2-bath cottage located in Laurel Park Estates and appointed with all the amenities. A wonderful property for our family Thanksgiving get-together! We were specifically looking for a rental home that was open and comfortable, as well as having an element of charm ... while at the same time meeting our need for a full kitchen (double oven was a blessing), dining area and family room. This home was perfect! Clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful family holiday. Thank you Pam and Bill for providing such a great property!

This is a very spacious rental that easily accommodates 4 people (2 big bedrooms, two full baths). I have rented 7 other properties in the region over the past 12 years and this is the most thoroughly well appointed, with everything you need and then some. The hosts, Bill & Pam, live just next door and are very friendly and helpful. The location in a wooded area is very quiet and relaxing.

My family (husband, teenage daughter, and I) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Before deciding to book the place, I read the reviews. Based on one very thorough review, I learned that the owners lived on the same plot of land, relatively close to the house. The pictures don't necessarily allow you to know that, and I probably would have been a bit disappointed with the location had I not read that review. That same review included a complaint about the internet access (which was a concern as my husband was going to be working remotely during our stay). The owner responded politely to the concern, stating she had upgraded the internet at the house. A quick email to her confirmed the internet speed, and I was sold.After booking the place, the owner was very helpful answering questions and clearly wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for our trip. While I never met her in person, I can say that she is kind and helpful, attentive to our needs. The house was lovely. W But everything else was fantastic. The space has 2 large bedrooms, great for two couples or a couple and older children. The 2nd bedroom is downstairs from the main floor with a door leading to the outside, so I personally wouldn't want to use it for small children.
