Really nice property. Good clean comfortable furniture, great location, properly equipped, well maintained and generally nice all around. Highly recommended. Hector the property manager was very helpful and responsive
If I had to point out something negative it would be the traffic noise due to the apartment being on the first floor on a busy street.
All in all a great choice.

The apartment is a safe place to stay. It is clean and very well situated. The area is very nice. Within walking distance you have all the services needed ( shopping, pharmacy, restaurants, etc) to enjoy your stay. Héctor, the property manager is a very nice man. He can be easily reach and he is very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Héctor -the person in charge- is very polite and accommodating. The property is located in an excellent area of Buenos Aires. Hot water works well (for those who might worry about it).
Personally, this place was not my cup of tea. I like places that are spotless clean, and that are nested in well-kept buildings. As constructive feedback, I think travellers would benefit from having updated pictures, and updated written content as well.
Having said this, if you are on a tight budget, but still want to benefit from an outstanding location, this might definitely be a place to consider.
