The villa is situated in the beautiful olive garden.
Everything is at the arm’s reach: grocery shop, fish-market, baker’s, post office, surgery, pharmacy, bus station…
The villa has a beautiful private terrace with outdoor furniture. You can enjoy your stay with a beautiful view of the sea.

Living room, with a couch that can be turned into an auxiliary bed, with a beautiful sea view. It is provided with all the appliances required to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Although staying “far from the madding crowd”, you can spend your vacations in touch with your partners and friends via internet, and you will not have to miss any of your favorite television programs.

This little holiday home had everything we two needed for our vacation - peace, quiet, privacy and yet shopping and exploring within walking distance.
The house is nestled among olive trees, so very private and quiet. We could hear the breeze and the buzz of grasshopper wings and birdsong, but little else. We had a lovely view of the sea from inside the house and outside in the garden. The house, garden, pool and surrounding olive grove were immaculately tended by the property manager.
The barbecue terrace had a tasteful roof added - new since the photos on the website were taken - so we were able to sit outside and cook on the open fire even on a the windiest of early April days.
Within a five minute easy walk are two grocery stores. The harbour and center of activity are only about a 10 minute walk away. Zlatni Rat beach was about a 25 minute leisurely walk for us. We rented a car for the week, but left it parked the entire time as we did not need it. We had intended to explore other spots on the island, but the landscape and the house were so relaxing we changed our plans to enjoy the delightful home and pre-season pace of Bol.
Perspective: We are two nearly 60-year-olds and not athletes. The hill to the harbour is steep, but not very long. We enjoy cooking and eating and found the quality of the produce available in the grocery markets exceptional.

I went with my girlfriend, we had a lovely, relaxing stay. It’s a short walk into town and the beaches, big supermarket a two minute walk away. Really private place as well. Loved the pool, the actual house was super clean, great amenities had everything we needed. Lovely host. We’ll hopefully be back!

We have just had the most incredible 2 weeks at this property in Bol
The property has everything you need (we are a family of 4 - kids aged 12 and 9) and more. Brilliant location in Bol with an amazing view overlooking the town, sea and Hvar island. The property is picture postcard perfect and is hidden away in an olive grove. The great benefit for us was both being secluded yet only a 5 minute walk into town plus with a swimming pool you can choose to spend the day here or at many of the beaches in Bol. This is the first holiday we haven't had a permanent car hire - we only took a car for a couple of days as there is plenty within walking distance and on boats.
Lovely host Lenko who ensured everything was perfect and supplied plentiful fresh linen and checked on the pool and was available for any queries!
We loved every minute of our stay and would thoroughly recommend.
