About this villa rental
Beautifully decorated 4 bedrooms, 3-bathroom pool home just 5 minutes from Disney Parks!! 1 mile away from the New Margarita Resort. Located in the quiet community of Indian Creek which is 1/2 mile south of 192/Vine St in Kissimmee but still close to many shops and restaurants. This magnificent vacation rental features Quarts kitchen countertops, tile flooring throughout the home with laminate flooring in all bedrooms which consist 2 Master Bedrooms, 1 with a King Master bedroom with En-Suite Garden Spa Tub and 2nd bedroom queen bed and En-suite bathroom as well. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have 2 Twin Beds each. The home also includes Free High-Speed WIFI There are 5 wall-mounted smart TVs with Roku, Netflix, and YouTube. There is an XBOX with a few games as well as a Stereo with a CD Player and 2 DVD players. The large and fully equipped kitchen will have what you need to enjoy breakfast and meals. The large pool deck area is screened and enclosed as well as a covered lanai with added privacy as there is a privacy fence surrounding the back yard for you to relax and enjoy after a busy day at the parks. Private Pool - Games Room which includes Foosball and Air Hockey for a night of fun

Lisa was incredible. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. The house is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and gave our family a place to call home during our Disney Vacation. It was very close to all the parks. Approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic. It is very close to restaurants and shopping. We even got a grocery delivery from Walmart. The pool was clean and the heat was a worthwhile addition. The beds and furniture are quite comfy and the game room was fun for all ages. A stay for us and we would definitely stay again.

The house was clean, comfortable, everything we needed for cooking was in the kitchen. ALL BEDS were comfortable. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood just minutes from Disney. Contact with owner while at destination was easy. Check-in was fast. Photos represent exactly the cleaniless of the place. I would definately rebook if needed. Don't hesitate...It's GREAT! The house was lovely. It had so much to offer. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed even to cook a holiday meal. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The communication with the host was very timely.The location is great if you are visiting WDW parks. We would love to stay here again.

I really want to give this trip a 10. The house was perfect for us. The owner was responsive. But the pool was dirty with algae and could not be used our entire stay. This incurred some thinking since the point of the trip was family relaxing time, celebrating a 16th birthday and not running around. We were not prepared and since we were not planning any beach days we had to buy chairs, a cooler, beach towels and travel over an hour to the beach otherwise we would just be staring at one another. So for that i give the pool a “1” but the house a “10”.
