Classic low key 20th century beach house, two-storey with large deck and beautiful sea view. Generous air-conditioned living and dining space, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 has 1x Queen size bed; Bedroom 2 has 1 x double bed; Bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds.
Great deck with BBQ and sea view, elevated aspect, surrounded by native trees. Large yard with kids treehouse.
Retro feel with record player and vinyl collection, separate CD player and speakers, TV/DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.
150m to kids playground, 800m to Cape Paterson shops, pub and beach.
Linen & towels are NOT provided, please BYO
Property has a 2-night minimum stay, except 26 December to 11 January which has a 7-night minimum.

Great property for our family of five. Plenty of room with two bathrooms & we enjoyed the living space and upper frack with elevated views Michael was great he and very easy to deal with. We’ll be back
