Property needs some upgrades e.g, blinds, refrigerator, porch screens, some bed frames. In general is a good place to stay for its proximity to points of interest.

Decent property. Secure off street parking. Lots of space. Comfortable master bedroom & upgraded but smallish master bath. Property could use a little TLC, especially the screened in lanai, and back yard. Working class, quiet neighborhood. Short drive to the beach. Would recommend.

Gus’ property is great. Nice open floor plan and close to the beach, downtown, and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again if available when I’m in town again.
