New build home for rent on a new resort in Curacao! This house has a spacious living room with a high ceiling and French doors to the covered terrace. A bright open kitchen with appliances and a large fridge and 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and 1 bathroom and separate toilet. Total surface is over 80 m2 including terrace. Joyful Rust Resort in Curacao is a fenced resort with new homes, two swimming pools and a beautifully landscaped communal garden.
Located next to Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort, close to Julianadorp, Curasol and the beaches of Kokomo Beach and Blue Bay Beach. Also close to the airport, the center of Willemstad and various shops and supermarkets. A fantastic location!

• two large swimming pools, each with a sun terrace on a completely fenced area of almost 9. 000 m2
• more than 80 m2 of living space including the partly covered terrace
• separate storage space per house and each house has a reserved parking space
• 16 parking spaces for guests
Plantation Blaauw
The former Plantage Blaauw is centrally located near Julianadorp, Curasol and of course Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort. This beautiful resort offers many facilities including an 18-hole golf course, restaurants, tennis courts and of course a beautiful white sand beach.
Also the beautiful beach of Kokomo Beach is only a few minutes away by car as is Center Supermarket and more than a hundred stores in Sambill Shopping Mall. The center of Willemstad with many shops, restaurants and museums can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

The apartment offers everything you could need for a great vacation! It is clean and spacious, the furnishings in very good shape, and the beds extremely comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessities needed to prepare a meal. There is a washing machine provided so you can pack a little lighter. The property manager was quick to get us checked in and responded to questions very promptly.
It takes approximately 10 minutes to reach both the airport and the Otrobanda district of Willemstad. This makes the location very attractive. Sambil mall is approximately 5 minutes away and the Centrum supermarket is also very close by. The road to Westpunt is very near and you can make it there in about 40 minutes. This was also a big plus. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.
