The property is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet. Everyone is friendly. We didn’t receive our key box code before our arrival so I had to wake the Rental property managers up in the middle of the night to obtain it. They were very nice about it. House is very spacious. Would definitely rent again.

This house is spacious with inviting living areas, including 2 masters and a dining room plus the garage game room.
A bit disappointing was the glassware/silverware/pots..did not appear to be clean. We put them in the dishwasher before use, all was fine. There were plenty of dishwasher tabs, which made it easy. The villa is well furnished and the flat screen tvs in the 2 masters and living room were a great touch. The kids room had tvs as well. The game room in the garage was an extra bonus. There was a small circulating fan and it helped with the heat in the garage. The screened pool area was great and there were lots of towels for the family. Our stay was for 3 nights.
. The household supplies were minimal, like 2 garbage bags and no dish soap.. The kitchen was even missing a spatula to flip eggs in the am. We used the large BBQ hamburger flipper and it worked.
