Very positive experience at this location. The house is in a great neighborhood/location, the facilities/amenities were wonderful, and the property manager was very responsive.

Perfectly suited for our family vacation! Property is as shown and is well maintained. No problems communicating with our host who was very gracious. Overall very pleased with the accommodations.Will definitely seek to use this location again in the near future.

Overall the house was beautiful. I had a few issues with the management of the property. The person I spoke with was very cordial, but this was a house that accepted up to 14 people and there were probably five wash cloths and towels in the entire house. I felt like I was being watched and harassed. I say that because I was called about how many cars we came in (she saw four on the camera), I was told I could be fined because one of the cars was parked on the street, but there were several cars parked on the street. I was called or texted at least three days out of the four that we were there. I was just uncomfortable, I could not relax. First, the three doors that lead to the pool area had an alarm on them that went off every time you used them (in and out); this was annoying and I truly believe that should have been disarmed. I was told it was for safety purposes if there was not a mesh fence around the pool. The house next door did not have that fence and did not have that alarm going off. Second, I don't think the house temperature should be determined by management. I was told it was set to comfortability, but how can someone else determine that for you. Third, no one cleaned the pool during our entire stay. A group checked out the morning we got there and the way the pool looked, it was not serviced. Fourth, I was called the second morning stating the music was too loud, it was not. We had a small personal speaker on the table by the pool and we were playing Uno, maybe loud talking, but not loud music. Fifth, the trash bin outside was full when we arrived on Monday, the trash was not picked up until late Thursday afternoon (the day before we left) so we ended up with bags of trash in the house. When we did take the trash out that Thursday, the trash and recycling bins ended up being full, so the next group will be in the same situation. Although we loved the house, if we could have left without losing the money we would have; but for sure I will stay away from any property managed by Southern Dream Vacation Rentals.
