Trip staying here was not comfortable as it was in years past.

Location was good for what we needed to do.

Housekeeping was not what I expected. We had to ask to get clean towels 2 days in a row. Trash was not emptied for 2 days. Very little if any cleaning done in room, beds never made up. Bathroom was very tiny.

staff was friendly and tried to accommodate but other than that, I have nothing good to say.

Internet was so slow we could not work. We had to leave the hotel in order to upload even very small files. Sheets on the other bed had spots of blood on them. Sorry - we will NOT be staying again

Wonderful Stay

Great location and a friendly staff. The room was clean and everything was as expected. The balcony was private and had a nice view of the creek and walkway below. We will absolutely be returning.

We had plenty of room for our one year old pack & play. Our room was really clean and I could comfortably let my child play on the floor without worring about him finding something he's not supposed to. The balcony was really great, the view out onto the river was very relaxing with all the geese and ducks in the morning. You can tell that the maintenance keep is on top of it. The staff was super friendly. The room itself was really clean.

The bathroom was a bit weird. Just outdated plumbing so the drain plug was a bit weird and had some trouble draining the tub.

Will stay again

The staff, the owner , the rooms they smelled good , no bugs , no outdated , unfixed , nothing was left unfixed or needed attention . It’s older place but the rooms once you walked in you’d never know . Balcony is nice with river few , no nasty mattresses of nasty covers . I actually was able to sleep without being worried about creepy crawlers and getting heebie-jeebies . The value is great , nice area , no one screaming and cussing outside , don’t smell marijuana . Has a pool. Will stay again

Worst place to stay

It was a horrible room. The bed was like concrete and there was bugs coming out of the jets on the Jacuzzi tub. It was the worst stay we've had there and they charged me $202.

Dated, bed was sagging, toilet too low, sink too low. Not enough towels , pillows flat and air conditioner was loud going on and off keeping us awake, no stopper in the sink, no water pressure and shower curtain hung into tub and tattered, bathtub needs refurbishing

Room was clean and comfortable. The back balcony view of the river was pleasant.

The elevator was not working, and our room was on the 3rd floor which was a pain taking our overnight bag up 3 flights.

Great night's sleep

The balcony over looking the river! The Beds are fantastic! Chatting with the maintenance man, good T.V. Has an elevator. Front desk staff were very accommodating. We were here for 2 nights. Ask the cleaning staff for no service, we never knew they were here. All in all would highly recommend.

A little dated, doors needed a little attention, especially the one going to balcony could be a little aggravating to open and lock. The soap,,, not so good. Sink faucet needs replaced.
