Central Estudio Torremolinos - Estudio 5

The apartment is acceptable for a short stay, but there is definitely room for improvement. Location & Access: The location is good—about 5 to 7 minutes from the center. It is situated in a massive residential complex with over 600 apartments, and access is easy and convenient. Furnishing & Kitchen Equipment: The unit is fitted with basic, entry-level IKEA furniture. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows were terrible—the cheapest possible quality, offering almost no support. While there are basic cookware, plates, bowls, and glasses, the cutlery is lacking—there was only one teaspoon, two tablespoons, two forks, and a bread knife. Cleanliness & Maintenance: The host seems to rely on a cleaning service that does a superficial job. We found long foreign hairs on the chair cushions, and the mat inside the shower cabin had dark mold spots. Additionally, as is often the case in large residential buildings of this type, we encountered cockroaches day and night. Air Conditioning & Coin Meter Recommendation: The listing mentions that the air conditioning is paid, which is true (20 cents per hour). However, having to operate it with coins feels outdated. In today's digital world, where most payments are cashless, it would be much more practical to simply increase the nightly rate by around €5 and include the A/C. Forcing guests to constantly source coins just to use an essential amenity during a holiday is inconvenient.

Todo en perfecto estado

Me pareció que todo bien

Near to the centre

Quite quiet
