La piscine sur place et la disponibilité du responsable. Bon emplacement. Propreté du logement.
Climatisation défaillante, fonctionnait mais beaucoup trop bruyante (nous réveillant la nuit). Problème connu du responsable mais pas de solution possible pour le moment. Dans ces conditions, l’appartement ne devrait pas être mis à disposition.
